Willie and the Poor Boys were formed in 1985 in the Poconos when three high school friends got together and started jamming and making up songs. These three friends, Willie Fisher, Gary Gravatt and Scott Lollis, were later joined by Joe Ecker and Rob Sawyer and soon thereafter they started playing in local bars and pubs in the Poconos, PA. The band was playing primarily Grateful Dead music, and it wasn’t long before they gained a following and started a unique and vibrant community seen. Everyone was going to see Willie and the Poor Boys. It was a tight-knit family of friends. Now some 40 years later, this family is still together. Someone said, “How cool would it be if the Poor Boys had a reunion gig... That would be awesome!” Well, that time has come!

26 Year old Quinn Sullivan is an acclaimed singer, songwriter, and guitarist who rose to prominence in the early 2000’s and continues to amaze audiences worldwide. Born and raised in New Bedford Massachusetts, Quinn grew up in a musical household listening to classic rock, jazz and blues. Quinn credits his early obsession with The Beatles as the impetus for him to pursue music as a career. He received his first guitar at the tender age of three and quickly demonstrated exceptional talent. He gained national attention with appearances on afternoon and late night television shows (Tonight Show, Ellen, Jimmy Kimmell, and Conan O Brian). In 2007, Quinn met music legend Buddy Guy, who invited him onstage and would later invite him to tour and record with him throughout the next decade.
Over the years, Quinn has evolved from a remarkable young talent into a mature, emotive artist known for blending blues, rock, and classic influences. His discography includes multiple albums, with his fifth release, "Salvation," recognized as his most personal work, exploring themes of loss, love, and resilience. He has been praised not only for his exceptional guitar skills but also for his songwriting, drawing inspiration from both his musical roots and his own life experiences.
Quinn’s personal journey profoundly influences his music and stage performance. His music reflects years of growth, resilience, and emotional depth shaped by life experiences including personal loss and soulful introspection. His recent albums explore themes of love, hardship, and redemption, which translate into performances full of honest emotion and at the same time full of raw energy and enthusiasm, making every concert not just a show but a personal and transformative experience.

David Cook - American Idol Season 7 winner - rose to fame after breaking multiple Billboard records, including having 14 songs debut on Hot Digital Songs and 11 on the Hot 100. His early work includes the pre-Idol album Analog Heart, while Digital Vein later book-ended that era. In between, he sold over 2 million albums (including his platinum self-titled release) and more than 5 million tracks worldwide, with multiple platinum singles.
Beyond performing, Cook has built a career as a songwriter and international touring artist. In 2018, he released the EP Chromance, where he leaned into a broader sonic palette inspired by acts like Massive Attack and Nine Inch Nails. He described it as a shift from his earlier “rock” identity toward more experimental, atmospheric pop-rock influences.
That same year, he made his Broadway debut as Charlie Price in Kinky Boots, valuing the collaborative, live nature of theatre and its message. He has also remained deeply committed to philanthropy, especially the National Brain Tumor Society. After losing his brother Adam to a brain tumor in 2009, he has regularly participated in the Race for Hope-DC and, with fans, has raised over $1.5 million for brain tumor research, which he calls his proudest achievement.
In 2020, he released “Reds Turn Blue,” a song about anxiety that he described as therapeutic, and “Strange World,” reflecting isolation and disconnection during the year. These, along with “Fire,” appeared on his 2021 EP The Looking Glass. In 2022, he released “TABOS (This’ll All Be Over Soon),” coinciding with his return to the American Idol stage for its 20th anniversary. In 2024, he released “Dead Weight,” co-written with longtime collaborator Andy Skib.

Popa Chubby, born Ted Horowitz, has been hard rocking the blues in his fierce and soulful way for more than 30 years. Over the course of a career that dates back to 1994, he has been a force to be reckoned with on the guitar, and his tempestuous, soulful playing has never been more powerful. An imposing figure with a shaven head, tattooed arms, a goatee and a performance style he describes as “the Stooges meets Buddy Guy, Motörhead meets Muddy Waters, and Jimi Hendrix meets Robert Johnson,” Popa Chubby is an endearing character who is one of the genre’s most popular figures.
His career has always been about moving forward and carving a place for himself in the imposing terrain of the music business, overcoming odds to continue growing and maturing as a creative force. He has built a constantly increasing base of fans across the world, where in many territories he is a star. A native New Yorker, Horowitz’s first gigs were in the NYC punk scene as a guitarist for what he reflects was a “crazy Japanese special effects performance artist in a kimono called Screaming Mad George who had a horror-movie inspired show.” Right from the start he was immersed in rock ‘n’ roll as theater, and learned from George and others playing CBGB’s at the time (the Ramones, the Cramps, Richard Hell and the Voidoids) that rock ‘n’ roll should be dangerous. He reflects, “Musicians like the Ramones and the Sex Pistols weren’t just bands. They were a threat to society.”
The Blues, however, was the foundation of his playing style. He recalls, “Since I’d grown up on Hendrix, Cream and Led Zeppelin, when I started playing blues in New York clubs I understood that the blues should be dangerous, too. It wasn’t just from playing in punk bands. Howlin’ Wolf and Muddy Waters were dangerous men. They’d cut or shoot you if they thought it was necessary, and Little Walter packed a gun and wouldn’t hesitate to use it. That danger is a real part of the Blues and I keep it alive in my music.”
You should already know these songs. If the old saying about talent equaling success were true, then The Steepwater Band would already be a household name. Something primal lurks in their music, but always wrestling with emotions and stories that are everyday-ready ~ music at once strut-inducing sexy and brass knuckles honest, a sound evolved smartly & patiently through countless gigs, running the bulls whenever and wherever they’ve been welcomed since 1998.
