This statement serves as notice that the LVCBA Board of Directors held a Closed Meeting of the Board on 5/9/25, 6/9/25, 8/11/25, 9/8/25, and 12/8/25 to discuss “litigation and other matters requiring confidential advice of counsel.” The Executive Committee held a Closed Meeting on 5/12/25 and 11/18/25.
