WDIY staff and volunteers were in Harrisburg Thursday for the 2024 Keystone Media Awards ceremony. The station received 10 awards, including placing first in the Enterprise Reporting, Feature, Documentary, and Podcast categories.

In an announcement last week from the Pennsylvania News Media Association, WDIY was named the winner of 10 awards in the 2024 Keystone Media Awards, including taking first place in the Enterprise Reporting, Feature, Documentary, and Podcast categories among small market stations.

WDIY walked away with four Excellence in Broadcasting Awards on Friday at the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters' 2024 event in Harrisburg.

The Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters has announced that WDIY has won four 2024 Excellence in Broadcasting awards — with both 'Teen Scientist' and WDIY's app/digital strategy being repeat wins for the station.

WDIY won 10 awards at the 2023 Keystone Media Awards earlier this month, including being again named 'Outstanding News Operation' among small market stations across Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters has announced that WDIY has won two 2023 Excellence in Broadcasting awards — 'Teen Scientist' won for 'Outstanding Radio Public Affairs Program/Program Series' and WDIY's app and digital strategy picked up a win for 'Outstanding Use of Digital Media.'

Last month, WDIY swept the Keystone Media Awards' Radio II category for small market stations across the Commonwealth, capturing all available awards including Outstanding News Operation and Best Digital Presence.

The Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters recently announced that WDIY has won five 2022 Excellence in Broadcasting awards. The station's wins are the highest total for a single radio station across the Commonwealth, only matched by KYW in Philadelphia.

WDIY will be honored for outstanding service to the arts at Allentown Arts Commission’s 31st annual Arts Ovation Awards, it was announced on Thursday.
