On this episode, Maddie Yang sits down with Arash Ghale, a member of the Rodale Institute's research team, to explore Rodale's groundbreaking work in organic farming. Arash explains the differences between organic and conventional agriculture, and what regenerative farming looks like.

Arash shares more about Rodale's work across the country and internationally, and shares some of his experience researching specialty crops.
