Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend with an unforgettable wildlife experience! Join Wildlands Conservancy for a family-friendly Wildlife Meet and Greet that’s perfect for nature lovers of all ages.

Start with an interactive presentation featuring Wildlands’ fascinating wildlife ambassadors, including backyard mammals, and majestic birds of prey. Get up close and personal with these incredible animals while learning about their unique adaptations and roles in our local ecosystems. Afterward, enjoy a guided hike through Louise Moore Park as we search for local wildlife in their natural habitat.

This delightful concert features the exceptional Andrew Gonzalez, praised by The Strad magazine for his “warm-hearted playing and mellow tone.” Gonzalez will perform on the rare violoncello da spalla, a five-stringed mini cello played on the shoulder, and an instrument that many believe Bach had in mind while writing many of his most virtuosic cello works.

Drop-in to the Art Ways Interactive Family Gallery on the second floor of the Museum every Saturday and Sunday to make your own art to take home during ArtVentures. Museum educators are on hand to help guide you in creating an artwork inspired by the Museum’s collection. Design your own creation and bring it to life on one of our 3D printers. All ages and abilities welcome! Free.

Join The Bach Fest at Central Moravian Church for Cantata in Context, an enriching exploration of Bach’s cantata Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme, BWV 140. Dr. Daniel R. Melamed, Barnette Distinguished Scholar Lecturer, unpacks its historical and musical intricacies. Hear the cantata performed twice – before and after Melamed’s lecture – gaining a deeper understanding and fresh perspective on Bach’s composition.

Critically acclaimed on both the West End and Broadway, Groundhog Day, based on the iconic film, revels in one man's journey of self-discovery, day after day. Phil Connors, a seasoned big-city weatherman, is frustrated to be reporting the annual Groundhog Day Ceremony in small town Punxsutawney, PA.Will Phil accept that he is doomed to repeat the same day over and over again? Or will he find the courage to change himself and his fate?

What happens when a book character won't stay in their place? At first, the world of The Paper Escaper exists only in white, blacks, and greys. But then, the Illustrator reveals a vividly colored pop-up book and Benny, the book's newest character. Benny, our plucky puppet protagonist, is eager to explore the world beyond their page. But when the Illustrator keeps trying to make Benny stay put, Benny will need the help of a surprising new friend to evade the Illustrator's traps of glue and tape. As the zany game of cat-and-mouse escalates, a wily fire threatens to break out of control and consume the whole workroom. Benny can't fight it all on their own - what will they do?

This puppetry play that uses no dialogue lets the striking visuals, dynamic original music, and cartoon-like sound effects tell a story of determination, friendship, and the power of following your own path.

Gatherings offer an intimate setting in which to connect your inner landscape to each season through ancient folk arts and lore, modern mindfulness practices and shared community space.

Gatherings include:

• Candlelit meditation
• Seasonal folk crafts or central altar creation
• Poetic/philosophical/spiritual/literary/folkloric readings
•  Other activities! Depending on the season: folk dance, group song, writing, food and more

The Bloom Golf & Pickleball Outing is an annual fundraiser for Bloom, a non-profit providing sanctuary and a continuum of care to help heal, empower and employ survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation in the Lehigh Valley.

Hi Neighbors brings an interesting assortment of local speakers who share their interest and passion for topics like music, history, travel, and wellness.

Each session will begin at 9:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall with a hospitality time. The presentations will begin at 10 a.m. All are welcome – there is no fee and no pre-registration.

May 12: How about a trip down Memory Lane? Local historian Mark Iampietro will share more of his memorable videos: “Bethlehem Time Machine.” After the program, we’ll enjoy a complimentary pizza lunch.
