Sandra Bieber
Program HostSandra Bieber is the host of the monthly WDIY podcast HerStory: Women Who Lead.
Outside of her hosting duties for WDIY, Sandra has a dynamic background in nonprofit leadership, community development, marketing and philanthropy. She is currently the Chief Philanthropy Officer for Community Action Lehigh Valley where she spearheads Community Action Lehigh Valley’s fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and philanthropic partnerships, driving forward the organization’s mission to combat poverty and increase the quality of life for all in Lehigh Valley.
Prior to her current role at Community Action Lehigh Valley, Sandra served as the Manager of Operations and Community Development at Discover Lehigh Valley, where she led initiatives like the Lehigh Valley Ambassador Program, engaging thousands of community members to foster regional pride and advocacy.
Sandra’s dedication to community service has been recognized through accolades such as the 2024 Forty Under 40 award by Lehigh Valley Business, highlighting her as a rising leader making significant impacts in the region. Her other previous roles include Executive Director of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Lehigh Valley, Sandra has served several non-profits as an advisor and Director of Development and Communications, further underscoring her extensive experience.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Sandra shares her expertise as a former adjunct professor at Muhlenberg College, teaching non-profit marketing and fundraising.
