On this episode, Maddie Yang is joined by Professor Benjamin Cohen and farmer Josh Parr of LaFarm, Lafayette College's working farm and community garden. They discuss how it helps create a circular path for agriculture throughout the community, and how they're adjusting for obstacles like climate change.

Benjamin and Josh discuss the topics of food dignity and the justice centered approach that LaFarm follows. They also share the vast impacts the farm has had on Easton and the students who have been involved.
