Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court handed down an opinion Friday declaring a major election law unconstitutional. WHYY’s Katie Meyer reports, the 2019 law dramatically expanded mail voting ahead of the 2020 election — but in the wake of former President Donald Trump’s loss, it became a target of GOP vitriol.
