"Where Seeds and Stories Meet" with Gina Talt and Tessa Lowinske Desmond | Roots and Resilience

On this episode, Maddie Yang is joined by Gina Talt and Tessa Lowinske Desmond, faculty at Princeton University leading the school's sustainability efforts and The Seed Farm at Princeton.

Gina and Tessa explore the origins of some of Princeton's main sustainable initiatives and some of their partnerships with local indigenous groups to preserve and harvest crops needed by local communities, as well as the educational opportunities these programs are providing to students.

Roots and Resilience celebrates the individuals and communities who are making a difference in the fight for a sustainable future. Catch new episodes the first Tuesday of each month at 6 PM following All Things Considered.
