Dive into a world of imagination and wonder as Touchstone Theatre brings to life brand-new plays written by local elementary and middle school students; each one lovingly designed, produced, and performed by Touchstone's finest at the Northeast Middle School Theatre.

The Eric Mintel Quartet brings their acclaimed tribute to Dave Brubeck to the Allentown Public Library. Recently inducted into the Allentown Symphony Hall Jazz Hall of Fame, pianist Eric Mintel leads an all-star lineup featuring Nelson Hill on saxophone, Dave Mohn on drums, and Jack Hegyi on bass. The quartet will perform Brubeck classics such as Blue Rondo à la Turk, Take Five, and Three to Get Ready, along with exciting Mintel originals. It promises to be an evening of timeless jazz, dynamic improvisation, and spirited celebration of Brubeck’s enduring legacy.

Eggy is redefining the modern jam band experience with a blend of rich songwriting, exploratory improvisation, and magnetic live energy. Fit For A King harness the power of their brotherhood in order to perpetually push forward. The music contains traces of the members’ personal and collective experiences grafted onto an ever-evolving sonic palette of metalcore unpredictability, alternative melody, and deathcore brutality laced with electronic alchemy. As trends came and went in the background of the last decade, the quintet— Ryan Kirby [vocals], Bobby Lynge [guitar], Daniel Gailey [guitar], Ryan “Tuck” O’Leary [bass], and Trey Celaya [drums]—have weathered trials and tribulations as well as enduring the chaos of a world constantly influx.

Story Songs of the 70s is a seasonal concert series by Maine-based singer/songwriter, Tom DiMenna, and features songs by 3 legendary songwriters of the vinyl era — Gordon Lightfoot, Cat Stevens, and Harry Chapin. This folk-rock act blends lush vocals, intricate guitar playing and iconic story songs into a sound that’s both intimate and powerful.

While rooted in the folk tradition, this special Spring edition celebrates the first day of Spring with the fresh energy of the season (“Morning Has Broken” by Cat Stevens, “Early Morning Rain” by Gordon Lightfoot, “Taxi” by Harry Chapin) and has toe-tapping rhythms, sing-along choruses, and a fully amplified presence that has been charming audiences. It’s a carefully crafted presentation of the timeless songs that shaped a generation — performed with heart, humor, and resonance.

Contra Dancing is American Folk Dance to live music and caller. No partner required-everyone switches partners and dances with everyone. Bring soft soled shoes (no high heels) for dancing, a water bottle and a snack to share. Come and have fun.
