Our Guest Presenters, Shonda Moralis, MSW, LCSW and Denise Veres, MS, RYT, will share valuable insights on menopause and lifestyle medicine, offering guidance to help you feel informed and supported. With mindfulness practices led by Shanthi Project instructors Sarah Dennehy, M.Ed., RYT and Annie Serfass, RYT, you’ll leave Pause feeling grounded, empowered, and equipped with strategies to support your well-being through this important transition.
