Bethlehem-based test manufacturer OraSure Technologies announced Monday that its InteliSwab COVID-19 rapid test has received authorization for pediatric use. WDIY’s Sarit Laschinsky has more.
The company says the Food and Drug Administration has authorized InteliSwab for use in children ages 2 to 14. The rapid test was previously authorized for use by adults and children ages 15 to 17 when administered by an adult.
