For the June edition of the Inside Dish, Michael Drabenstott welcomes the artisan ice cream makers at Owowcow, general manager Shira Tizer Wade and production manager Rebecca Troutman.
Owowcow has locations throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and will be opening a location in the Silk Mill in Easton this summer.
