Cheyenne believes that a focus on self-awareness, communication, healthy conflict, and teams gives organizations the ability to create and live by a value-oriented organizational culture while meeting the demands of daily business. She began her career in social work working with mental health and senior citizen communities. After entering her Ph.D. program for organizational leadership, her focus has shifted to helping business leaders cultivate high-performing teams and drive organizational culture.
