Drop-in to the Art Ways Interactive Family Gallery on the second floor of the Museum every Saturday and Sunday to make your own art to take home during ArtVentures. Museum educators are on hand to help guide you in creating an artwork inspired by the Museum’s collection. Design your own creation and bring it to life on one of our 3D printers. All ages and abilities welcome! Free.

Wildlands Conservancy’s summer camp offers an enriching, nature-based environment where children learn, play, and grow through curiosity and discovery, thus budding both friendships and a lifelong appreciation of our natural world.

Wildlands Conservancy’s summer camp offers summer fun at our Dorothy Rider Pool Wildlife Sanctuary in Emmaus, Pennsylvania.

Located in the Lehigh Valley, Dorothy Rider Pool Wildlife Sanctuary is generally a convenient 10-15 minutes from Allentown and Macungie, 25 minutes from Bethlehem, as well as 30 minutes from Easton.

Discover the joy of playing the piano with other early beginners!

Learn the fundamentals of piano technique, scales, history, and music theory, including rhythm, pitch, and note reading. Students will build confidence, active listening skills, and general musicality as they have fun playing individually and together as a group. Students will have the option to demonstrate their new skills with a performance for family and friends on the last day of the camp. Instruments provided.

Ages: 7-11, Beginners, no experience required
Teacher: Dr. Matthew Morrow

For students not currently enrolled in private lessons at CMS, a $25 group class registration fee will be automatically processed after enrollment.

Sit! Stay! Get ready to howl! Johnny Peers and his personality-plus canines are coming to tickle your funny bone!

A Ringling Brothers Clown College graduate, Johnny Peers has been working with dogs since he got his first puppy, Freckles, a Beagle mix, from the Humane Society. Since their 1980 debut, the Muttville Comix have appeared on David Letterman, Primetime Live and Circus of the Stars, and at Disneyland, Busch Gardens, the Big Apple Circus, the Royal Hanneford Circus, - even The White House!

A show for the whole family and the dog lover in all of us, the show stars mostly dogs rescued from shelters or pounds, like Sandy the ladder climbing Jack Russell Terrier and Girl, the Poodle mix who only answers to “Girl.”

Don’t miss Johnny and his comical canine co-stars!
