Four Republican candidates for Pennsylvania governor have issued an exacting set of demands they say have to be met before they’ll participate in primary election debates. WHYY’s Katie Meyer reports that, among other things, they say moderators have to be registered Republicans, and they can’t have spoken negatively about any candidate or work for an organization that has maligned them.
