Host Charles James talks with Michael Lerman, Artistic Director of the 28th Philadelphia Film Festival.
?The festival will take place daily, October 17-27, across four screens. The wide selection of a film from world renown auteurs and first-time directors are discussed as well as renovation plans for the Philadelphia Film Center, formerly The Prince Theatre, which was acquired a few years ago by the Philadelphia Film Society. Lerman also programs the acclaimed Toronto International Film Festival. James has covered the Philadelphia Film Festival for WDIY for 15 years.
