"Not your ordinary diner" founder Billy Kounoupis has just released his third book, The IT Factor: Mindset of an Entrepreneur.
Host Sally Handlon and Billy talked about the path to writing this book and the interesting approach to understanding the importance of the entrepreneurial mindset in everyone, not just business owners. They also discussed his two prior books, Not Your Ordinary Cookbook and Billy Cooks Like a Mother as well as Billy's overall journey to establishing two popular downtown diners in Allentown and Bethlehem with the third on its way in Easton.
