New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy is calling on the Legislature to pass a package of gun control bills in the wake of Tuesday's school shooting in Texas. WHYY's Kenneth Burns explains why Murphy also wants votes on bills that would undo some of the toughest gun laws in the country.
