Jury Deliberations Begin in Hate Crime Trial of Former South Jersey Police Chief

The fate of a former South Jersey top cop is now in the hands of a jury, again.
Former Bordentown Police Chief Frank Nucera Jr. is charged with hate crime assault for attacking a Black teenager who was in handcuffs.
