Ramin Mehrganpour

Host Kamran Afshar welcomes Ramin Mehrganpour, the new co-president of Lehigh Valley-based global lighting company Lutron Electonics. They discuss the organization, the challenges it faces, and its future.

This past summer, Mehrganpour and Ed Blair, who were both executive vice presidents at Lutron Electronics, were selected as the comany's new co-presidents.

With their headquarters in Coopersburg, Lutron Electronics might just be the Lehigh Valley's best kept business secret. The company has risen to international prominence as a global manufacturer of dimmer switches and other lighing technlogy including smart lighting and shading control systems.
