At the heart of “PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie” are the adorable puppies and their high-tech vehicles, which transform like Transformers, and their gadgets. The well-known characters are amiable, the storyline is easy to follow (plot points often stated by the characters), the action is mostly unobjectionable, and the humor is in the category of “dad jokes.” The animation is bright. The backgrounds are detailed. The puppies are cute, cute, cute. The dinosaurs are menacing, but not too menacing. All in all: a good film for preschoolers, elementary school children and parents, grandparents and guardians. Paul Willistein of Lehigh Valley Press reviews the Adventure Comedy Animation feature film.
