Bethlehem Author Kate Racculia Reflects on Her Boston Roots in Her Latest Novel

Kate Racculia's latest book is 'Tuesday Mooney Talks to Ghosts.'

November is National Novel Writing Month. WDIY volunteer Janet Norwood spoke recently with Bethlehem author Kate Racculia about her newest book, Tuesday Mooney Talks to Ghosts, and her experiences as a writer in the Lehigh Valley.

In addition to being a novelist, Racculia also sings in the Bach Choir of Bethlehem and works at the Bethlehem Area Public Library.  She is the winner of the American Library Association’s Alex Award, which recognizes books written for young adults age 12 to 18.

Racculia wil be one of four local authors signing books at the Barnes & Noble on Southmont Way in Easton on Sunday, November 24, 2019. She will also be reading and discussing Tuesday Mooney Talks to Ghosts at Lehigh University in March, 2020. More information is available at her website.
