The Card Counter | At the Movies

"The Card Counter," by screenwriter-director Paul Schrader (screenwriter, "Taxi Driver" and "Raging Bull"), looks at a poker player and Iraq war veteran coping with PTSD. Oscar Isaac plays the title role in what could be an Oscar-nominated film also starring Tiffany Haddish and Willem Dafoe. Paul Willistein of the Lehigh Valley Press reviews the action-drama thriller.
