A Latino community in Las Vegas is getting funding from the Environmental Protection Agency to install air quality monitors in public spaces to alert people to harmful levels of pollution.
StateImpact Pennsylvania’s Adriana Delagarza reports, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit wants to do the same thing in Delaware County.
