Former PA Drug Task Force Officer Charged with Stealing Over $200,000 in Seized Money

A Lancaster County drug task force officer is being charged with stealing more than $200,000 from the task force general fund. WITF’s Brett Sholtis has the details.

His award-winning work on problem areas in mental health policy and policing helped to get a woman moved from a county jail to a psychiatric facility. Sholtis is a University of Pittsburgh graduate and a Pennsylvania Army National Guard Kosovo campaign veteran.
