Seven states hold primaries Tuesday: California, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico and South Dakota.
In New Mexico, former television meteorologist Mark Ronchetti is the Republican nominee to take on Democratic Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham. The 2nd Congressional District is also a notable contest.
