Deb Carey Elected as Member Representative

Deb Carey has been elected to a two-year term as member representative.

On November 14, 2016, WDIY members elected Deb Carey as Member Representative to the LVCBA Board of Directors (The LVCBA is the licensee of WDIY). She will serve a two-year term.

As a host of WDIY's World Bop for nine years on Sunday afternoons, Deb has a lifelong passion for community public radio.  She is Vice/President Branch Manager of Merchants Bank of Bangor and an active participant in the community, serving on the Board of the Hispanic Center Lehigh Valley, as Treasurer for the Downtown Bethlehem Association, the Advisory Board of the Keystone Innovation Zone, and Allentown Northeast Kiwanis Club.  In this role on the Board, she looks forward to connecting with WDIY members and volunteers throughout the year.
