🎉 Thanks to everyone who came out to WDIY's Family Fun Day — Groovin' in the Grove. Here's to 29 years of WDIY! 🥳

Heather Forest: Crow and Pitcher

Heather Forest is one of the tellers of folktales who has carved her initials in the great tree of storytelling. Her website is a treasure of information on using storytelling in the school. Her CD’s have won numerous awards.

Her mainstays are traditional folktales from around the world. It is fitting that one of her recorded stories should be an Aesop fable, The Crow and the Pitcher.

Here is Heather Forest.

That was Heather Forest.

Let me encourage you to contribute a pebble to the pitcher that is WDIY. We can raise the water to the level where we many all drink of the fine programing offered by this station.

The Lehigh Valley Storytelling Guild takes this moment to thank WDIY for all the support and opportunities they have given us over the years. Please support this station that supports the arts community in the Lehigh Valley.

The Lehigh Valley Storytelling Guild holds its Storytelling Circle at Godfrey Daniels at 7 East 4th Street in Bethlehem on the second Wednesdays of the month at 7:30 pm (except the month of August). Come and listen to stories or try out a story yourself. We are a friendly audience and the event is free.

Until next time, have fun and keep a story in your heart.
