DE Immigrants Question Exclusion of Some Nations in Diversity Visa Lottery

Earlier this month, US State Department opened its Diversity Visa Program, offering about 55,000 people the chance to win a green card through a lottery. But as WHYY’s Johnny Perez-Gonzalez, some Delaware immigrants say the lottery unfairly excludes those coming from specific countries.
