Jury Deadlocks Again in Hate Crime Trial of Former NJ Police Chief

Once again, a federal jury was deadlocked in the trial of a former top cop in South Jersey. From the New Jersey Desk, WHYY’s Kenneth Burns reports that a mistrial was declared in the case against Frank Nucera, the now former police chief of Bordentown Township.
