Black students rally at Rowan University, where they say the administration has turned a deaf ear to their complaints of racist incidents.

The NAACP at Rowan University is calling attention to discrimination on campus. An estimated 200 people turned out for a rally for Black students last Thursday. The president of the student chapter tells WHYY’s Kenneth Burns the administration has not been responsive to complaints.
