The program begins with an overview of The Rider-Pool Trust and their support of Allentown's Ripple Community, Inc., known as RCI Village, a permanent housing solution for the some of the area's most vulnerable citizens, the homeless. Joining Pamela are guests Ed Meehan, Executive Director of The Rider-Pool Foundation, and Dr. Sherri Binder, Executive Director of Ripple Community, Inc..
The second half of the program features a look at the work of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley as they roll out their new programs and branding initiative. They continue to seek mentors to help fulfill their over one hundred year old mission of defending the potential of at risk children. Joining Pamela is guest Susan Bartels, CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley.
