Scott Sherk is a sound artist and sculptor and a professor emeritus at Muhlenberg College. In addition to his practice as an artist, he has collected records and sounds since his first purchase, James Brown’s Cold Sweat, which was later stolen from his dorm room at Haverford College where he hosted a radio show on the college station. He lives with his partner, Pat Badt, in Orefield where they maintain painting, sculpture and sound studios in their three barns.

Emily Abshire (she/they) is an assistant producer for NPR One. She makes day-to-day programming and production decisions about the content in the NPR One app and collaborates with the newsroom to optimize audio stories for platforms beyond radio. She also hand-curates NPR One's ethical news algorithm that powers the app and is used on voice platforms. Along with other members of the NPR One team, Abshire works to envision fresh news experiences on emerging platforms, such as voice assistants and smart speakers.

Johnny joined WABE in March, 2015. Before joining the station, he was a producer at Georgia Public Broadcasting, and NPR in Washington D.C.
