Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg was in East Palestine, Ohio Thursday at the site of a train derailment that caused a toxic chemical spill and controlled chemical fire. The Allegheny Front’s Reid Frazier reports Buttigieg called for tougher rail safety regulations.
