Statewide Underage Drinking Crime Data Shows Steep Drop During Pandemic Years

The rate of underage drinking crime in Pennsylvania has sharply decreased over the past five years. WITF’s Sam Dunklau reports, that’s according to police data compiled by the state’s court system.
