Auditor General Timothy DeFoor questions annual property tax increases for 12 school districts, calling on the legislature to close loopholes, in Harrisburg on Jan. 25.

Pennsylvania Auditor General Tim DeFoor is recommending state lawmakers close what he calls a “loophole” that allowed a dozen school districts to raise taxes — despite having extra money in the bank. WITF’s Sam Dunklau reports.
