Pennsylvania Senate Republicans are still trying to inspect voting machines in a heavily Republican midstate county, but have been blocked by the state Supreme Court. Sam Dunklau is the Capitol Bureau Chief for WITF. He previously covered Illinois state government for NPR member station WUIS in Springfield, IL.
