Gov. Tom Wolf commended the Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Capitol Police for their effort to donate used body armor to Ukraine.

Bulletproof vests and helmets from Pennsylvania that were scheduled to be destroyed will be finding new owners – among those assisting in humanitarian efforts in Ukraine. WITF’s Brett Sholtis has more.

Sholtis is a University of Pittsburgh graduate and a Pennsylvania Army National Guard Kosovo campaign veteran.
