PA Moves Closer to Joining RGGI Program, Despite GOP Efforts to Stop It

Pennsylvania moved closer this year to joining a regional program to cut greenhouse gas emissions from power plants. That’s despite repeated attempts to stop it from Republicans who control the legislature. StateImpact Pennsylvania’s Rachel McDevitt reports.

The western Pennsylvania native started her journalism career with the CBS affiliate in Bridgeport, West Virginia. Rachel is a graduate of Temple University.
