A congressional panel investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection is planning to vote on holding a former Justice Department lawyer in contempt of Congress. WITF's Sam Dunklau reports Jeffrey Clark is believed to have been a key player in a plot to overturn 2020 election results - and has been connected to midstate Republican Congressman Scott Perry.
