The town of Wind Gap is relatively quiet but each June, just up a winding tree-lined road from the town proper, magic fills the air! It’s the magic of the annual Wind Gap Bluegrass Festival. During this time, Wind Gap means music, the fellowship of campfire stories, and that favorite back-country recipe, skillfully prepared by one or more “Deep Woods Chefs”! This year, featuring Appalachian Road Show, Junior Sisk Band, Danny Paisley and The Southern Grass, The Ruta Beggars, Valerie Smith and Liberty Pike, Serene Green, Dark City Strings, Joe Cirotti Trio, Mountain Highway, StoneHearth, Smokey Green and many more!
