Citigroup Takes $1.5 Billion Charge

Citing the cost of settling probes into tainted stock research, Citigroup announces a $1.5 billion charge against earnings. Last week, Citigroup agreed to pay $400 million in penalties to settle conflict-of-interest charges. NPR's Chris Arnold reports that Citigroup still faces lawsuits from individual investors.
