Program HostMichael Drabenstott is host of The Inside Dish, a monthly program highlighting the exploding Lehigh Valley food and culinary scene. He interviews restaurateurs, artisans and others involved in bringing a unique assortment of foods and beverages to our region.
Michael has been involved in the food business since he waited tables at private clubs and upscale restaurants in his 20's. As a marketing consultant, he has worked with more than a dozen restaurants on branding, promotion and publicity. An accomplished home chef who loves makes everything from bolognese sauce to chicken vindaloo, Michael loves sharing his passion for the culinary arts.
