Lead Poisoning from Ammunition, Fishing Gear Continues to Harm Bald Eagles

Bald eagle populations in Pennsylvania and the United States have rebounded over the years, but some are still dying from lead poisoning. WPSU’s Anne Danahy spoke with a certified wildlife rehabilitator about the lead in ammunition and its unintended impact.
