Brian Landers

Brian Landers is a 30+ year resident of the Lehigh Valley, a retiree from Air Products and Chemicals (where he performed operations support, project development and project management functions globally over a 36 year career), and a member of St. Joseph’s the Worker Church in Orefield, PA.  

Brian has been a lifelong radio listener/appreciator. He was introduced to Celtic traditional music during a visit to Ireland by relatives who were embedded in the Dublin music/cultural scene/industry. He merged these interests by pursuing training in radio production offered by the Lehigh Valley Community Broadcasters Association and presented “A Look Across the Water” on local radio channels.  Brian transitioned to WDIY as the initial host of Celtic Faire from 1995 through 2006.  

Brian has contributed in a variety of roles to the formation and subsequent first decade of operation of WDIY. He remains grateful for the breath of experiences enjoyed, and looks forward to supporting the ongoing realization of WDIY’s potential.
