Despite 2018 Moratorium, Oil and Gas Companies Spread Millions of Gallons of Drilling Waste on PA Roads

A new report from an environmental group has found that oil and gas companies have spread millions of gallons of drilling waste on Pennsylvania roads in the last few years, despite a 2018 moratorium on the practice from the DEP.
