Lehigh Valley Health Network has announced its plan to form one, singular ambulance and emergency medical services company as of Jan. 1, 2022. WDIY's Sarit Laschinsky has more.

The new company, called Lehigh Valley Health Network–Emergency Medical Services will be comprised of LVHN-MedEvac in Lehigh County, West End Community Ambulance Association in Effort, Pa. and the former American Patient Transport System in Hazleton, Pa.
