Host Sarit Laschinsky explores the impact of COVID-19 on South Whitehall Township and the impact of a recent $1.5 million gift to Meals on Wheels of the Greater Lehigh Valley.

In the first half of the program, South Whitehall Township Commissioner Matthew Mobilio talks about the impact of COVID-19 on the township and its services, its business relief package, and upcoming projects.

In the second half of the program, Meals on Wheels of the Greater Lehigh Valley CEO Vicki Coyle discusses the recent generous gift of $1.5 million from MacKenzie Scott, novelist, philanthropist, and former wife of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, and how the gift will impact the Lehigh Valley. Coyle also tells us how COVID-19 has impacted the need for Meals on Wheels services throughout the Valley.
