Over the past month, Republican candidates for Pennsylvania governor and US Senate have been raising alarms about immigration. Specifically, they are criticizing undocumented children being flown into Pennsylvania airports on quote “ghost flights” that they say the Biden administration is trying to hide.

But WHYY’s Katie Meyer reports, immigration experts say the flights are routine and the concerns aren't grounded in facts.
